I got one for each of us and they both absolutely loved receiving them! I truly appreciated the quality and decided to order a mug for myself and my best friend, again customizing them. I ordered a mug for a friends Birthday. Unfortunately it got lost. But despite that, the customer service person who attended to my concern responded really quickly and was very helpful. She immediately did a replacement. The gift didnt arrive in time for my friend’s bday, however, I was very satisfied with how my problem was rectified.
