The main reason why I am giving a 1 star review is their customer service was pretty rude to me when I wanted to return my product. The rep I spoke with rejected the return and after a few emails, finally said the only way they would return it is if the box was never opened and they would have to take a $100 restocking fee. I also believe that the filter replacements are extremely expensive, not to mention the apparatus itself is about $500. Finally, my last complaint is that I was not able to use my warranty as the time for me to sign up elapsed since I was in the midst of trying to get an authorization to return my product. Overall, a bad customer experience to say the least. To be fair, the water filter does appear to be working well so it is a good product. It brings up the PH of my water 2 full points from 7 to 9, but my review is based more so on the company. I will not be recommending them to anyone or purchasing from this company moving forward.

We have the counter-top filter that plumbs into the kitchen faucet. The flow is good, the water tastes great. We also use it on house plants with great results. One day a few months ago the lever on the faucet that diverts the water to the filter broke. I sent an email to Cosan USA to see where I could purchase a replacement. Two days later a new replacement was delivered by mail. No questions asked, no bill. Cosan has a quality product with quality service.
