After years of practicing mindfulness meditation, I have found TM to be so much easier and truly effortless. I’m already receiving so many benefits. My only regret is not starting TM earlier! I have also found such support through my teacher and the community. Your resources are great.

I learned about TM at the end of David Lynch's Master Class. I'd always had difficulty managing stress in my life and after just a few weeks I can tell it's already made a difference in my life. I'm so very grateful for it, and the app helps me understand more about it every day.

I'm glad I finally did it. I am seeing results (calmer, more resilient, less tense, sleeping a bit better which is terrific), though not as pronounced and dramatic as I was hoping for...keep in mind I have very high expectations and I'm only a 3 weeks into it. I've tried other forms of meditation and TM is shockingly easy and working, unlike my prior experiences. That is IF you don't try to force or control it/put expectations on it AND have a proper transition between the prior activity and this (at least I need that otherwise transcending is more difficult). The hardest thing is making the time for it in order for it to become a habit. I hope with time the need to transition will lessen and the results further magnify. Thank you!!
